I am an experienced R&D scientist and engineer that has excelled in both basic and applied research environments. A keen interest in technology management has led me to explore applying Technology Roadmapping principles to the world of Cell Therapy. I worked in an FDA regulated environment while managing process and product development programs at a clinical-stage stem cell therapy company. I take a project management approach to directing projects and resources, and am very results oriented. I consider myself a student of leadership and continuously practice building, coaching, and developing a team of diverse individuals. I have a strong interest in IP and patent strategy, and am a continuous learner with several outside interests. Technology and Innovation Management as it relates to cell-based products is where I am currently building my skill sets. A proper work-life balance is very important to me.
