Theresa Bethune is the president of InfoPathways, a regional technology support firm, and Freedom Broadband, a rural internet service provider.  Prior to owning 2 small businesses, Theresa spent her career at Johnson Controls where she held positions of increasing responsibility ranging from Systems Estimator to Regional Sales Manager for Building Wide Systems Integration, ultimately managing a P & L for an electronic safety and security location. Throughout her career, Theresa has given back to her community through volunteerism and philanthropy. She has served on several Broadband task forces, with a gubernatorial appointment to the State of Maryland Tasks Force on Rural Internet, Broadband, Wireless and Cellular Service. She currently serves as the President of the Board for the Westminster Rescue Mission, Vice Chair of the Board of the Community Media Center of Carroll County, and as Secretary/Treasurer for FITCI. Theresa previously served on the Board for the Carroll Community College Foundation Board. and is a member of Rotary International.
